✅ What Happens After Submission?
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- ✅ Review the complaint within 24-48 hours
- ✅ Remove or disable access to the infringing material
- ✅ Notify the user who posted the material
- ✅ Terminate repeat infringers when appropriate
🔄 Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification with:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake
- Your name, address, and telephone number
⚠️ False Claims Warning
⚠️ Important: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims!
